We would also like to hear from you if you think we have done particularly well. We welcome your views on the services we commission and the care you've recieved so that we can move forward in improving services to provide the best possible patient care. 

We welcome the information you send, which will help us to address the problem and improve our services. If you have a compliment, concern or complaint about a primary care service – i.e. a GP, dentist, optician or pharmacist – please contact the practice or NHS England. See PALS for details.
