In May 2014, the majority of services currently based at Frenchay Hospital moved to the new Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
We are transforming the rehabilitation services for local people, by commissioning a new community health service with Sirona that is working to improve the co-ordination of services with local GP practices, social care services, and the acute hospital services.
